Min-Sung is a Partner at XLHEALTH, a Berlin-based Venture Capital fund specialized on Digital Health investments. He founded his first business in 2011 and conducts seed investments with Lakeside Ventures since 2013. Min-Sung studied in Witten, Seoul, St. Gallen, and Cambridge (MA) and received a scholarship from the Foundation of German Businesses.

After his studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Tobias Auferoth spent seven years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and UBS, lastly as Associate Director at UBS in London, where he advised institutional equity fund managers and family offices in the whole of Europe regarding their investment decisions on the Asian stock markets. Since 2014 he is active in Berlin and co-founded the VC-backed FinTech venture Savedo, a marketplace for high yield fixed term deposits in Europe with more than EUR 100m in brokered client assets. He continued as managing director of the ecommerce software provider CommerceBoard before returning to the investment side as Principal of XLHEALTH.

Christine is responsible for Public Relations at XLHEALTH. Previously Christine worked for CompuGroup Medical, one of the leading eHealth companies worldwide that develops software products and services to support all medical and organizational activities of healthcare providers. She worked in the Global Branding Department and as a Product Manager in the Consumer Health Segment. Christine studied Business Administration and Strategic Marketing at European Business School and Maastricht University. In addition she is writing her PhD thesis in Innovation Management.
